Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare and Formspree are established in the United States, as is Microsoft (Clarity). Cloudflare, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Formspree relies on Standard Contractual Clauses. Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after your consent; Microsoft Corporation is certified under the Data Privacy Framework and, for EU visitors, Clarity data is handled by Microsoft’s EU entity.

Retention periods

• Contact requests (prospects): 3 years after the last exchange.
• Clients: duration of the contractual relationship plus 5 years; accounting records: 10 years.
• Cookies and trackers: 13 months maximum.
